The Vietnamese Ketchup

You've all seen that red bottle with the rooster icon at all the Pho Restaurants you go to. The hot sauce is a main necessities to all Asian dishes. Never knew the owner of Sriracha was Vietnamese not alone a Tran! Good to see my culture moving on up on this totem pole!
