This past weekend I was at a Hawaii themed party. Sitting around at the water hole we opened a few bottles of wine. Two of them being the Screaming Eagle. Definitely something different from what I usually drink. One of the most amazing wines I have ever tasted. Flavorful aroma without any hint of bitterness.
